Unlock the Zero Gear for 30000pts. in the Moogle Shop. add 3 ability units and bam.

Yes Roxas is a nobody. He was created when, in Kingdom Hearts 1, Sora gave his heart to Kairi so she can be saved. He is also the 13th member of organization 13 and best Friend of Axel. well actually Roxas is not a nobody because, in birth by sleep Ven is put to sleep and when his heart realizes he will be asleep for a long time it joins it's heart to Sora's and later when Sora unlocks his heart it separates's Ven and sora's hearts. and Ven's heart forms Roxas in memory of it's original self. nobody's have are supposed to have no emotions but, Roxas does. and they can't wield the keyblade. so Roxas is NOT a nobody. -badkitty112

Pandora's gear + has every ones (In my opinion exept Roxas and Sora's.) strongest weapons. sora roxas and riku all have the zero gear riku has way to dawn sora has dream sword and roxas gets duel wield roxas with zero gear and three ability units. but Axel's is with Pandora's gear +. it is called prominence + it gives him +110 strength + 34 magic + 10 critical % and +10 critical bonus.

The Zero Gear can be obtained once the game is completed. Upon completion of the game a save option will appear. After loading the save-file the Zero Gear will be a new item at the Moogle Shop for 30000 heart points. NOTE: If you equip three ability units to Zero Gear on Mission Mode you play as 'Dual Wield Roxas'. (Roxas wielding the Oathkeeper and Oblivion keyblades)
