you cant unlock metal ridley. as a playable character no but if you do the level when samus gets her suit. finish the stage and then you'll end up in a empty tube that goes up. ridley will come and take you on. then there should be a part when either falco or fox comes in and gives you a ride and metal ridley comes and tries to stop you. if you ment fight ridley then there ya go.
