How do you unlock mystery gift on Pokemon Sapphire?

To enable the use of Mystery Gift in Pokemon Ruby, you must travel to Petalburg city and walk into the Pokemon center. There should be a boy with dark-coloured hair near a PC; talk to him and he will ask you for your profile - Select yes and type in "MYSTERY EVENT IS EXCITING". Go to any mart and you'll see a clipboard. Go to the clipboard and it tells that its a questionare and answer by putting the phrase "link together with all". Then the the clerk will tell you something and you got the mystery gift. The mystery gift can be used in real life Nintendo Events to get uber rare lengendary impossible-to-get-in-the-game Pokemon like deoxys and mew. But you have to have a Wireless Adapter for your GBA in order to download the the data needed to get those kind of Pokemon along with the mystery gift.
