Here's a hint: STOP LISTENING TO ALL THOSE LIES ABOUT UNLOCKING SPLINTER BY BEATING THE STORY MODE WITH ALL 4 OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!! That doesn't unlock him at all.

If you want him, he is ONLY UNLOCKABLE BY A CODE! The code is not "heroes", not "timmy", and, yes, not "hoesd". If you want the code, your going to have to ask someone else for it because I honestly do NOT know what the code is.
