After you beat the entire special episode, "Bidoof's Wish", you might get a challenge letter from Jirachi in Spinda's cafe, and that will unlock star cave. You must also have rescued Scizor and received the Special Rank mark.

∙ 12y agoWell you first have to go to the cafe every day after saving the guy in the ice.Then sometime you will get a challenge letter from Jirachi and will give you the location of star cave.Beat Jirachi and (she?) will join your team.
