I'm not sure if there is such a scene, even after I collected everything possible. I have seen a demo video of the newest installation of the series which includes an army of Templars led by a Borgia relative laying a heavy attack on Monteriggioni. Perhaps this is what you refer to? With Ezio manning a cannon knocking down siege towers? I don't know of any other scene.
