It depends on the door. If it's plotdriven, there's likely a keydata located in a mysterydata nearby. If it's a door with a skull on it, you'll need the WWW ID, which is acquired from a job. If it's something else, it'll state the requirements for opening it, likely completing all jobs or collecting all standard chips. If it's in real life, then there are only three doors like that. The basement door, which you'll need the basement key to open; talk to a nurse about that when the time is right. The door in Dr. Hikari's office, which can be opened after Dr. Hikari vanishes with the cardkey found under the hospital bed; and the janitor's storeroom in ACDC school, which you never open. Ever. As far as I know.

∙ 14y agofirst, you must go out to the rest of the net and find the sp versions of various ally navis (they will be hidden somewhere, likely at dead end paths). after you defeat the navi you can go to the door, open it, and then fight the ds version of said navi BUT be aware that the more you used darkchips/dark soul, the more hp those navis will have.
