how do i unsubscribe from meetic? I have ben having trouble becoz of this site, at the end I manage to find the unsubscribe page that was so well hidden.. Anyway, for those of you who suffered as much as i did, there you go, i copied and pasted the details, i tried it and i was immediatly able to unsubscribe.. Enjoy leaving this stupid website, and if you have any problem let me know, i will be glad to help you leave Meetic; opatrix@hotmailcom HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE TO MEETIC: You can cancel your automatic renewal online via your ‘My account’ page, which can be reached via the link displayed in the menu bar at the top of any page when you are logged into DatingDirect.com. Select the ‘My subscription’ tab and choose ‘Manage my subscription: click here to upgrade or cancel’. For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm your username and password to continue with the cancellation of your automatic renewal online. You can see the date of the next subscription payment scheduled (if any) on the ‘My subscription’ tab of your ‘My account’ page. When you cancel your automatic renewal and your subscription expires, your profile is not automatically deleted. It will remain on the site as normal, and you are free to take out a new subscription whenever you like. 2°If you wish to delete your profile, you must first cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription (if you have not already done so) as described above. Once the automatic renewal has been cancelled go to your ‘My account’ page, which can be reached via the link displayed in the menu bar at the top of any page when you are logged into the website. Under your ‘My personal info’ tab, there is a link at the bottom of the page that says ‘to delete your account, click here!’. You will be required to enter your username and password and to confirm your wish to delete your profile. Once confirmed, you will immediately lose access to your account and you will be redirected to the login page. Your account, and all the information associated with it, will be permanently deleted within 24 hours. This means you will no longer have access to any stored messages, lists, profiles or any other inform ation stored on your account. Your deleted account cannot be reopened, and the data cannot be retrieved at a later date. You may of course open a new account whenever you like.
