Actually, when you start up the 'Technic Launcher', select Voltz (Mod pack) and click options. After you've done that, click on the button that says, "Always use development builds". Be warned, it might be buggy, but will have a lot more stuff that's interesting, so I highly recommend getting version 1.1.3. Hope this helps.
