Ya, just go to my fifa 11. Then click on squads and click on download squad update to get the latest squads. I'm sure they'll get the players who move up as long as it's within the season 2010-2011.

1. First start Fifa 11. 2. Then go to My Fifa 11. 3. Go to Edit. 4. Go to Edit Squad. 5. Then click on download latest squads. btw,you have to be online in order to do that.
