How do you upload a photo on web?

That really depends on where you are doing the uploading. You need to find a button to click that says Upload or something similar. That should take you to a box that you can use to search through files on your own computer. Find the photo on your hard drive that you want to upload and click whatever action button they provided: "upload" "select" "open" whatever. That should do it.

Specifically for Facebook: go to your own Home page (this has News Feed in bold letters at the top of the page). In the column on the left, click on the word "Photos." A few items appear below it. Click on "My uploads." Now you are at a new page. Click on the button at the top that says "Upload Photos." At that next page, you need to name an album - name it anything you want. 'My Photos' would do for something easy. You don't have to fill in the other lines if you don't want to.

Now you are at the Upload Photos page. If you click the button that says "Select Photos" you will have a box appear with files of your own computer. You will need to know how to move around in your computer files to find the photo(s) you want to upload. When you have found one and clicked on it, then you click the button that says "Upload" and it will upload to your facebook account. You don't have to Publish them. Just click "Skip" a couple of times to avoid that, unless you do want to send out word to others on Facebook that you have uploaded photos.

At that Upload Photos page, you should see tabs near the top to the left that say "organize" "edit info" and "delete" which are other things you can do there to change your albums.
