what you do is go to theater mode and watch the match and when there is a picture you want to take you pause the match and take a snap shot and it will ask you if you want to place snapshot in file share.

I'm sorry I had to delete the comment from the last user it was just terrible. What you do is select the file for playback from recent games or file share (preferably file share after you upload a small clip) then you go to "Render Clip" wait for it to load and when it is done it will be uploaded.
