Well, I usually use DeviantART.com. If you are using DeviantART, right click, click save to... (upload etc.) you should see a new window open, look at the bottom of this new window and click save.
Here's how you upload the picture to Glogster. First create a glog, now you click images, click upload, select the picture you want to use, click open (which should be where you clicked save to...), and wait for it to load.
