I don't think you can use HTML to remove HTML,
you can hide HTML commands with
<!-- TEXT OR SCRITPS HERE -->
Any scripts between the <!-- AND --> wont show up on the HTML document.
using those are good for leaving reminds like where a form starts and stops or to place something there that you might use later.
HTML can use templates which are already made. The users can just modify the templates according to their needs.
You can't use PHP in an HTML document, but you can use HTML in PHP script.
Not sure what you are trying to do or what kind of ActiveX calls you have in your HTML code. However, the easiest way to remove anything from an HTML document is to highlight what you do not want and press the delete key.
