Windows- go to the flag on the bottom left-hand corner. click on it, and then go to all programs and it should either be under Microsoft office, or be there under the name Microsoft PowerPoint
Mac- go to the dock and click on the orange-ish "P".
If there is no icon on you computer (it doesn't matter if it is a Mac or a Windows), you need to get Microsoft Office. You need to make sure that the Microsoft office is for a Mac, or for Windows.
