To use the Gameshark, insert your Cartridge into the Gameshark, and then the Cartridge into the Game Boy Color or Advance. Locate the switch on the top and make sure it is in the On position. Turn on the game system and you'll find yourself at the Gameshark menu. Go into the code input and put in the following code. 01FA38C8. Then start the game with the selected code and voila~. You now have 250 Tiny Medals when you talk with the Medal Man.
