Audacity 1.2 cannot import/export AC3, AMR(NB), M4A, WMAor most other proprietary file formats due to licensing and patent restrictions. Audio files associated/compatible with Windows Movie Maker include:
.aif, .aifc, .aiff, .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, .wma
There are many programs! You could use Windows Movie Maker, or Audacity to do this.
I only know Audacity and Window Movie Maker
You can't. You need to do it in audacity.
The files have to be compatible with Windows Movie Maker:.aif, .aifc, .aiff, .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, .wma

Download Audacity - it's a free open source sound recorder. Then go to Youtube and find a fight sequence from a film and record by pressing the record button in Audacity. Play back the file and crop it to the length and sound you want, then save it and export as a WAV file. You can then import it into Windows Movie Maker.
Windows Movie Maker is used to make personal video/photo videos.
The same way you would use Windows Live Movie Maker in any language.
You can use Video Pad or Video Spin if you don't want to use Windows Movie Maker for your video project.
You must buy movie maker then download a video onto the computer and then use movie maker
Easycap capture card files are not compatible with Windows Movie Maker.
