Hi I am currently using the tablets and they are helping get into the same position you would to insert a tampon make sure to was hands properly then take 1 tablet and insert it into your vagina as far as you can go. Do this for 7 days without intercourse you will see an improvement. I have! Good luck

∙ 14y agoWash your hands. Put the tablet into the applicator. Lie down on your back and push it high into the vagina. Push the plunger to release the tablet and that's it. Take it out easy and wash it in warm soapy water for the next time you need to use it. Use it every time you are supposed to, even when you feel you are better.
