You have to unlock the door. Go to pacificlodge town and use surf down the rapids. there is a place you can use dive but you have to hit it just right. it is the sealed chamber. You can find it on your pokenav. Then use dive. You will need to be able to translate braille to get to the three Pokemon the door unlocks. Google braille alphabet and write it down. You need a relincanth first in your team and a wailord last in your team when you reach the very end of the sealed chamber, (after you use dig on the back of the first wall). When you read the back wall it will unlock the three ruin doors. Behind them are regigigs, regice, and regirock.

The first Braille inside the chamber says: Dig here, so you dig and the door opens; revealing the next part of the chamber The second, and final Braille says: First comes WAILORD and last comes RELICANTH. This first guy got it mixed up. Three doors open. If you meant you cant get inside the door to Regice, according to my memory, you run around the walls of the cave with no collisions.

Actualy you can. First you need a Relicanth (a rare underwater Pokemon) then a wailord (or just raise a wailmer to level forty) and any Pokemon how knows DIG. After that go to pasifilog city, find a path of that puts you in a place you can use DIVE, use DIVE find a door and go through it then surfise.You will be in a place called sealed chamber walk to the back (with wailord first in your party relicanth last) and use DIG. Then find Registeel's tomb (near lilycove) OR Regirock's is in the desert (very bottom) and Regiice's is around dewford. hope I helped ; ]
