Like any other pokeball. They're pointless if your Pokemon team is full because then it is just sent to the PC, but if you have an empty slot in your team, then the Pokemon you caught fills it in and is completely healed.

You can't stop it from using Heal Order unless Heal Order runs out of PP. Just try to use a super-effective attack on Vespiquen to knock it out in one turn.
