The first thing you want to do is Tap the Inventory tab and this will open up all your items. Tap the item you want and it will appear on the top right corner of the bottom screen. Tap the icon of the item and Link will pull it out. Depending the item you may need to hold down the Stylus on the screen to create a path for the item to follow. Other items require you to tap the screen where you want to use the item after tapping the icon.
