What software do you use to type the code for your webpage?
You can use anything for a simple text editor like Notepad, through to specialised web site designer software, like Dreamweaver.

You use a browser to view a webpage. You can type the address in to go to it, or click a link. If the page is one on your own computer, you can double click on it to open it. You can also open the source code using an editor like Notepad or an application like Dreamweaver.
Can you edit a HTML File using Notepad?
You can use notepad to open the source code file again. Open the folder it is in. Right click on it and pick Open With and choose Notepad. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can go to the View menu and pick View Source and it will open it in Notepad. When you make your changes, save the notepad document. Don't close it in case you want to make further changes. Return to the browser and refresh the page and the changes will be updated
