How do you use patchers in Maple Story?

BEFOREHAND: Make a backup of all your wz files by copy and pasting them to another folder!!

1. Open up the patcher you want to use. (You may double click the icon) 2. Click the "Browse" button, keep clicking folders until you get to the one that contains your maplestory files. Check in C:\Nexon\Maplestory first. 3. Select the wz file you have to patch.This means that you have to select skill.wz. 4. Go to your maplestory folder, and check if the wz file is there. (some people's patchers might renamed it to something else)

Example: Skill.wz might be renamed to heal.rapidfire.

Right click the renamed file, select rename, and type in the appropriate name. 5. Click "Patch". Wait until a message pops up saying "The file was successfully patched" 6.
