To use it for bunches, go into a meadow (for example, dewdrop vale) and if the rock has a symbol on it, click it. A message will pop up that reads, "Are you sure you want to use __ smidges of pixie dust?" Select yes, and an animation will follow. You will win an ingredient bunch.
For the wilderness, pixie dust is used to complete tasks. To refill it, eat a cookie. You can get cookies at Harmony's Sweet Shop, win them at Vidia's Daily Spin, receive them as a gift from your animal friend, or if you're a member, bake them.

Every day when logging into your account, you will get a fresh refill of dust. (2.) If you are a Member of Pixie Hollow, you can personally bake, and eat cookies to replenish your dust. (3.)
