You need to have an action replay. Download the codes from Code Junkies then put the Action Replay in the DS/Ps2/Gamecube/Gameboy Advance/etc.
In a few seconds it should load and you should have all of the codes you downloaded. (If you don't you can manually input them) Then browse through the list of games until you get to the game you want to use the cheats on. Then just activate the cheats (If the is an 'M' cheat it MUST be activated!!!) and swap, insert, the game that you activated the cheats for.
