Swish it around in your mouth right before you go in for your test and swallow it.. No water. You can actually use any of the rescue ice liquids the same way to pass a swab test.

What is rescue breathing?

Mouth-to-mouth resuscitaton (or rescue breathing) is when a person breathes into the mouth and/or nose of an unconscious patient. This will allow the lungs to refill with oxygen. When the heart is compressed (by doing CPR), rescue breathing will help to ensure that there is enough oxygen in the body, so that all the organs and tissues will be supplied with enough oxygen to sustain life. Cardio Pulmonrary Resusciation (CPR) is a method of returning circulation to a body whose heart is not functioning. Although CPR is now sometimes done without rescue breathing and relies on the lung's vacuum process during chest compressions to partially fill the lungs with air, chest compressions remain necessary to spread the oxygenated blood to body tissues and cells.
