Two possibilities. Either they drink grapejuice, which, as ruled by Rabbi Moses Feinstein, is OK for Kiddish. Alternatively, Kiddish can be made on the Challah bread. The way you do it is simply wash your hands before kiddish, and instead of lifting a wine glass and saying the blessing over the wine followed by kiddish, you hold up the bread, say the hamotzie, and make kiddish.
