How do you use stones to evolve your Pokemon on Pokemon battle arena?

you find a Pokemon that you can do it with then you go to my Pokemon then you click evolve me then hit the one you want ----------------------------------------------------------- example : evee

He doesn't evolve at a level. You need to have the item electrizer, give it to electabuzz, and trade it. Then it will evolve into electivire.
