After showing this at the Pub, you get the Pennywhistle that lets you call the real Nessie on your solo trip in the rowboat. Go left twice in the rowboat to reach the lagoon and use the whistle.

Accusing you of cheating, he storms out of the pub. The bar tender gives you a fair prize, a penny whistle. You go on the boat and go farther into the lake. Play the whistle and Nessie rises out of the water. Take a picture and show it to Mews.
