Your Tama is ignoring you because they are mad you aren't giving them enough attention. To cheer them up and let them know you're there, you can either play a game with them or feed them a snack.

i know ull be dissapointed, but on all tama versions THE ATTENTION ICON DOSENT WORK!!! It just gets high lighted when ur tams unhappy. so the answer is the attention button dosent work so u cant.
