Just make sure you have the required supply of Pixie Dust, and click the symbol. It will ask you "Are you sure you want to use _ smidges of pixie dust?", select "Yes", then the place where the rock and symbol are will change. (In this case, the heal talent skill in Springtime Orchard will make the flowers healthy again, as before you used your talent skill, they were wilted.) You will get a bunch as a reward.
