If you mean Chatroom then I can answer this. For the DSI (and also DS and DS Lite) the `Chatroom` is called Pictochat. To go on to it, switch on your DSI and (using the D-Pad) go left or right to find Pictochat. Then, simply press A or touch pictochat on the screen to go to it. If there is another person within 30 metres of you then on the interface that is displayed will show you if they are on Pictochat, and what Chatroom they are on (either A, B, C or D) and you can again, either touch the room or press A and you will be on the pictochat room.
