You click on the Sell tab and then select to use the Quick Sell form, rather than the Advance Sell form.
It is important to be aware that using the Quick Sell form does not guarantee that you will have a quick sale. It only means that the form you will be using to create your listing is a shortened version and so is quicker for you to fill in.
