Then once you complete that then a ladder will pop up and then you climb up the ladder and exit through the door at the top once you have done that walk across the vine and get the mech crank...or what ever it is called....then you get the steam motor (if you dont already have it) and go back to the "Sully's Steam Powered Phamelria"and use both of the items(Mech crank and Steam motor) to finish the "MECH". The old vine is on the roof of the Storeroom building left of the Living Quarters. Use the steam exhaust fan to lift you to the roof. You will need the vine underground at the Hub.
