Wii points work like currency that you use to download software on your Wii. There are 2 ways of getting wii points, Buy a point card at a game store, or buy them with a credit card (only Visa and Mastercard are accepted).

The games will either use the Wii Remote, GameCube Controller, Classic Controller, or a combination of these. There are two types of downloadable games.
