Well.. if you have already added the picture to your ps3, then go to the playstation home screen (the screen right when you open your playstation) and go under the category that says "Photo." Under this category you will be able to see all of your photos that you have copied to your playstation. If you would like to view a photo larger, then click on the one you wish to view and it will appear on your entire tv. Once you have it on your entire tv, you can then change it to your background on your playstation home!! You do this by clicking on the triagle button on your controller, and then once you see the options above you picture, go to the one that says "set as wallpaper."

There are no way to view pictures on a PlayStation 1 or 2.
