I have a mac, and this always comes up for me. You can't really do anything about it, but you can drag it to the bottom of your screen (all the way to the bottom) and you shall barely see it. It shall go away the next time you log out/shut down. Or, im not really sure if this shall work (I am not on my mac right now). click on the iChat page and then go up to the top bar that the very top of the screen and click iChat.
