The 3DS' browser history is not located in its own area of the browser, but is instead shown along the bottom of the top screen as you move between pages. The only way to navigate through your browser history is with the "Back" and "Forward" buttons in the bottom-left corner of the touch screen.

The operating system being used is irrelevant. The view is managed and delivered by the browser being used. Choose 'History' from the menu bar and then click on the view you want.
Detailed History can be removed from history tab. It could be done by clicking Remove Browsing Data.
If you mean internet browsing history, if you are using internet explorer, either use the keyboard and press CTRL and H, or use the keyboard and press ALT and C. This will bring up the favorites box where you can click the history tab to view your history.
you hold the back arrow and then you click 'view history' or ''history'' the their should be an options or settings button, click it and it should come up with 'clear history'. then your browsing history is gone and noone can view what you have been looking at
windows explorer is not the same as internet explorer. you use IE for browsing the internet and WE is used to access all your files. ie if you delete WE you will have no icons, taskbar or anything to view your files in
You can check the computer history. That will tell you what they looked at on internet unless they are smart and erase it. Try control panel, network/internet, internet options, browsing history and then view files or view objects. It is not too hard to come up with pws if you truly think about it. (I am using windows vista) Your best way to find out is to ask though. If you have that feeling then they probaly are. Sorry.
