∙ 14y ago- Okay, when you are in your room, click on the pin-board right above your gift room and puzzle button. If you have a exclamation point on your board that means someone has sent you a message. You can send them messages by going to their house and clicking on their pin-board.

If this is for the activation email, and you don't find it, then send a message to helpme@moshimonsters.com making sure you include your monster owner name and the Moshi Monsters Customer Service team will be able to help you.

∙ 12y agoto get privite messages with friends is your pinborad because when someone ypes something on the pinborud you can either delete the message or you either keep the message so you when someone types a privite message you can not put it on the pin board or you memourize it then get rid of it.
