first you need to go to the light house at the bottom right corner of oilvine town<where the 6th gym leader is. go throught the light house a talk to jasmine. she will be near a sick amphoras. she will ask you to get medicine in cinawood city. surf left of oilvine to get to cinnawood and go to a medince store. you can surf back but i reccomand fighting the gym there first
