In Ocarina of Time, you start there! Pay attention to the Map in the bottom right corner of the screen, it should be around the entrance to Zora's Domain, if you walk alongside the wall on the wall, ( not inside the area), out side of Zora's Domain, you should eventually find a log entrance that leads to a bridge. Go through the other entrance over the bridge. There you go!
