Stay far away from cheesey open lines like "HI CUTIE, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?". Or "HI, I'M A LEO. WHAT'S YOUR SIGN?". Instead be watchful for things that she likes. Does she read magazines about Hannah Montana? Does she drink chocolate milk at lunch? Does she wear a particular color most than any other? Find an area of common interest and make that your introduction. "Hi, that's a pretty red sweater you're wearing. Red is one of my favorite colors."
