if u have natural talent, you can go high or low. but the range of a singers voice depends on their age and whether or not they have had puberty. look at Justin beebs, for example, he sings like a girl and can hit notes I hit and im a 15 yr old girl. if ur like a baratone, i would expect you to not be able to hit such notes.
