To wash a mastectomy bra, you must follow a few simple steps. This process may vary to some people but the gist is this: first, wash silicone forms, next, use something similar to a salad spinner and spin about 7 times, and finally lay the bra out to dry on some sort of rack or towel.
A bra can get dirty by just simply sweating in it or if your spill food or drink on it.you should wash your bra daily so you don't have sweat odor hope it helped
I wash mine & my daughters with similar colored clothing on gentle cycle or delicates and air dry.
A coat, jeans, a sweater, and a bra are items you may not wash after a single wearing.
stop wearing a bra to bed. It is not good to wear a bra at all times. you do not need to wear it every hour of the day. the rash is from it rubbing against ur skin. it is also not good for breast development. wearing a bra to bed will slow down ur breast grown. also, change your bra often. u do not need to every day, but youn should wash it. Change your bra more often, wash and dry very well under the breast and use a Pambra.. it a bra liner that keeps you dry and comfortable. it absorbs the moisture in the bra area.. Pambra's the original bra liner is also Dr recommended yeah.
about 2-4 days is normal
If you have bra rash, make sure that you take off your bra when you are resting at home and sleeping. Also, make sure you wash your bras regularly and choose bras in natural fabrics. If the rash doesn't go away, talk to your doctor about it.
