go to your inventory by going to the box on the left of the screen. touch care. scroll down to the shampoo and touch it. pick your dog and it will go to a screen with that dog on it use the pen to "rub" the dog until the water icon in the right hand corner starts blinking. touch that icon. rinse your dog in the same manner you shampooed it. (if you don't have shampoo you need to buy some at the store.)
