First find out if it is washable, some are not. Pads for english saddles are usually very easy to care for. They can go into the washing machine and then hung to dry. Some western pads can't be cleaned this way. If yours can't, look for a professional horse blanket repair shop in your area. They may be able to help with a really dirty pad.
