use Vanish
I have heard that soaking the clothes in milk is a good solution and also spraying hairspray on the ink spot and then blot the ink stain with a clean paper towel and then wash as usual.
wash it w/ detergent
Ink stains on paper are difficult to remove without damaging the paper. Try blotting the stain with a cloth dampened in water or rubbing alcohol. Be gentle to avoid tearing the paper. If the stain persists, it may be best to consult a professional conservator.
Hair spray generally cleans up most ink stains, ONLY if you use the hair spray before you wash the item. After it's washed it won't work. Before you wash it, spray it with hair spray then rub and the ink disappears. When the ink stain is on a cabinet or table, you might want to try to spray some eau de cologne or eau de toillette on there. It worked wonders for me when my son drew on our white cabinets. I used "Hugo Boss" ;) Before you do, TEST IT on a non visible side of the object.
use a steam cleaner... and wash your feet.
Hydrogen peroxide can be effective at removing ink stains, especially if used promptly. Apply a small amount to the stain, let it sit for a few minutes, and then gently blot with a clean cloth. Repeat if necessary, and wash the fabric as usual afterwards.
Ink tag stains are designed to be visible, so depending on the ink itself, it might not have been designed to wash out easily. Rinse the garment thoroughly, then pre-treat the stains. Repeat the pretreatment, or bleach if the fabric can handle it. Then rinse the garment and wash normally. Addendum: I worked with ink tags in retail, and denatured alcohol (any hardware store) will remove the ink. Then launder as described above.
wash with dawn detergent and dry before dry
Use hairspray on it :) Sounds crazy but really works! ;D
Try Amodex Ink and Stain Remover (or a very similar product from the same company, Amodex Spot Remover). While it focuses on removing ink and other tough stains from clothing, it was actually originally a skin cleaner (apparently the company got its name from Latin, "amo" for love and "dex" for hands). I've used it for all kinds of stains on skin, including nasty greases and marker stains, and the Amodex basically lifts the stain right off. Just pour a little on the stain, rub it in for a moment, and then wipe or wash off. The products are also non-toxic, so you don't have to worry about any health issues from its use.
wash it with vinegar
Recently I found that nail polish remover can remove ink stains from blue denim pants. Maybe it will work for you.
