first of all everytime you need to go to the toilet to urinate or poo" use a bucket. do this for three days and on the third day dip your hair in the bucket and hold for 15 minutes!
After fifteen minutes get your shower cap, tie your hair bak (wearing gloves) and leav it in for 1 hour after this hour break an egg over your head and let it seep through your hair to your scalp. Lather the natural shampoo then rinse into a bucket and drink or chew it.
(This helps a lot, my hair is fantastic!)
