When you get your first period, it will feel hard or runny in your undies. If you have a tampon or pad in your bag, USE IT! if you are at school, ask your teacher to go to the toilet, and put one in. It is good to learn how to use tampons too, as they are better than pads. If you don't have anything in your bag, I know this is embarrasing, but you'll feel alot better. Ask your school nurse or office lady to have a tampon or pad, because you've got your first period. If your too embarrased, you could try going to the bathroom, and put about 15 layers of toilet paper on your undies. You'll have to keep re-applying them every 1-2 hours, as they will become saturated with blood. Im 12, and am about to get mine. Hope this helps!
