so first you need to brush your teeth with any ordenary tooth paste
then rinse and dry your lips the dip your tooth brush in a pot of baking SODA (NOT POWDER) or bicarbonate of soda yeah so after you have got a bit of soda on your tooth brush brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes the spit out the exsess then rinse you mouth do that 2-3 times a week youll have white brighter teeth
